About Dr. Snell Dr. Joseph Snell graduate from Logan college of Chiropractic in 1986, and has been serving the local area for over ten years. Dr. Snell is a diplomate of the National and State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, as well as being a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society (I.C.S.) and American Chiropractic Association (A.C.A.). He has built Snell Chiropractic into a healthcare center that specializes in children and families.
